1）Equipment introduction
The caster is a kind of roll which makes the molten aluminum crystallize and produce a certain deformation rate through the static furnace mouth, liquid level automatic control device, degassing box, further refining, filtering, front box mouth, opposite rotation and circulating cooling water inside, so that the molten aluminum and aluminum alloy can be cast and rolled from molten liquid metal into 6-10 mm cast and rolled plate, After cutting and coiling, the cast coil strip is formed, which provides rolling material for cold rolling mill.
The casting and rolling mill designed, manufactured, installed and debugged by Hongye company has advanced and mature technology, which can ensure the successful production in the shortest time. Twin roll continuous casting mill can produce 6 ~ 10 mm thick and 2200 mm wide strip with rolling speed of 900 ~ 2000 mm / min. It has the characteristics of less investment, short cycle and quick effect.
