Maintenance of Toothpaste Filling and Sealing Machine
1. Observe water filter and oil mist device of two-piece pneumatic component. If there is too much water, it should be removed in time. Or the oil level is not enough, it should be filled in time.
2. During production process, check rotation and lifting of mechanical parts. If there are abnormalities, screws are loose.
3. Frequently inspect grounding wire of equipment and whether the contact requirements are reliable. Clean weighing platform frequently. Or pneumatic pipe is leaking, then air pipe is broken.
4. Change lubricating oil (grease) of geared motor every year. Check the tightness of chain and adjust tension in time.
5. If you stop using for a long time, drain the material in the pipe.
6. Do a good job of cleaning and sanitation, keep surface of machine clean. Regularly remove accumulation on the scale body.Pay attention to keeping inside of electric control cabinet clean.
7. The sensor is a device with high precision, density and sensitivity. Impact or overload is strictly prohibited. Unless maintenance is required, disassembly is not allowed.
