Introduction:

Cement ball mill is a professional equipment for grinding processing in cement plant, compared with the traditional ball mill, it has advances of high technology content, simple operation, high efficientcy, due to reasonable price and high return rate, the demand is increasing greatly. Here are details as follow:

Specification:

Cement ball mill can be divided into two categories: ordinary cement ball mill, high fine and high yield cement ball mill.


1. Common cement ball mill: the common cement ball mill has its own characteristics of high efficiency, large output, low power consumption. Generally the output can be increased by 15-20%, electricity consumption reduced by about 10%, in addition, the finished product temperature can be reduced by 20-40℃, product fineness is easy to adjust.



2. High fine and high yield cement ball mill: It is another type of cement ball mill equipment, mainly used in open-flow grinding system. It is characterized by simple system equipment and process flow, less investment and covering less plant area. The mill structure adopts advanced special silo separation device, increased the activation device for fine grinding bin and equiped with special grate plate at discharging end, which greatly reduce the size of grinding material and improve grinding efficiency, to achieve high output, low energy consumption


Maintain:

During operation of cement ball mill, maintenance and inspection shall be executed as follows:



1、Bearing maintains: Bearing system bears the full load of cement ball mill, lubrication for the bearing is great help for the duration and directly affects the service life of machine and availability. Therefore, lubricating oil must be clean and seal well. Main parts for lubricating: rotating bearings, roller bearings, gear and sliding plane.

2、Riding tyre: Inspecting the riding type is necessary due to there always is looseness for the newly installed riding type, tighten immediately if found.

3、Check whether all parts of equipment are normal condition.

4、Wear intensity: Pay attention to the easily worn parts and replace them if necessary.

5、Supporting system: The surface of supporting device should be free of dust and avoid the free bearing can’t make movement at the bottom structure, resulting in serious accidents.

6、Bearing temperature inspection: If found bearing oil temperature rise, should immediately stop and check the reason.

7、If there is any impact sound when the rotating gear is running, stop it immediately, check and eliminate it.
